SHIPPING

I would like to receive product samples at home. Is that possible?
Yes, with every order you place you will receive free samples of the Chrissie line.

How much are the shipping costs?  
The cost of shipping to Italy is 4.90€, free over 50€ spent.

How many days will it take to receive my order and how can I track the shipment?
Your order will be handed to the courier, GLS for Italy and BRT for Europe, within 2 working days of the order date. At that point we will email you the information to track your shipment.

When will deliveries be made?
Order deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

What happens if I am not there on the day of delivery?
In that case you will receive a message from the courier, GLS for Italy and BRT for Europe, with information on how to collect your order.

Why have I not received my order yet?
If you experience problems with the delivery of your order, contact us.

Is it possible to ship abroad?
Yes, shipping abroad is possible.
In Europe the shipping cost is 19.90€, 9.90 over 200€. Waiting times 4/8 days.
In the rest of the world the shipping cost is 50€, 35€ over 200€ spent. Waiting times 5/15 days.

 

PAYMENTS

How can I make payment?
The most common credit cards are accepted, including prepaid and rechargeable cards issued by banks operating in Italy: VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Payment via PayPal is accepted.

Can I pay on delivery? 
Yes, cash on delivery is available for orders from Italy with a surcharge of 5€.
